Delivery & Returns Policy

All products are shipped from our premises in Bangor.

DELIVERY

Free UK Delivery to any valid United Kingdom postcode for orders over £50.00

Orders below this value costs just £5.00 for standard delivery. We use Royal Mail 48 to deliver your parcel and, in most cases, it will arrive between 2 and 5 working days after shipping.

Note orders will be posted the next business day and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted the following Monday. Orders made on Bank or Public Holiday will not be posted until the first business day following.

Ireland - Delivery to Ireland is via DPD and costs £5.00

Europe & the Rest of World – Please contact us if you need details for your country.

We pride ourselves on our stock levels and our ability to dispatch your order quickly - However, in rare cases there can be a delay due to issues beyond our control.

COLLECT IN STORE

You can choose to pick up your goods from our Belfast or Bangor store free of charge. We will send you an email when your order is picked and ready to collect.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have received, please contact us to resolve the issue. support@thesignatureworks.co.uk

If following this you are asked to Return products to us, please pack your returns securely. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting when returning items in case the parcel goes missing. We do not accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
